Use of JGM services and by continuing communication with any representative of JGM binds you to these terms and conditions and is acknowledged as your acceptance of them. These T&Cs may be updated without notice.


CARRYING OUT OUR SERVICES:

Items are transported in accordance with these terms and conditions, nothing herein shall replace JGM requirements of operation under the 'Contract and Commercial Law Act' and the 'Consumer Guarantees Act'.


USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Your details are retained by JGM in order to send you special offers and branded promotional items.

An 'Opt-Out' request can be actioned by emailing JGM directly, requesting to 'Opt-Out' - email justgetmarshall@hotmail.com


RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY:

Blankets and tie downs are used to keep items safe and secure while in transit, however;

Items transported by JGM are moved at owners risk - all care, no responsibility – no carriers liability.

It is recommended that valuable / fragile items are insured while in transit - carrier's liability insurance, up to $2000p/item (minus $250 excess, payable by the owner of the items), can be offered by arrangement - this must be discussed/arranged at the time of requesting a quote.

All items covered by carrier's liability insurance will be inspected, and photographed, upon pick up - photos will then be emailed to the owner of the items and it will be decided, at that point in time, whether the item(s) can/will be covered under this insurance - any existing damage will not be covered. Cover is at the sole discretion of JGM.

Items stored by JGM prior to delivery are kept in a dry and secure storage area.


CHANGE / CANCEL SERVICE:

All customer requests to alter their booking will be considered, however, it will be at the sole discretion of JGM Transport as to when a move is booked for redelivery.

Any disruption to JGM services; not limited to - breakdowns, force majeure and ANY other reason may result in moves being rescheduled / rebooked or may result in cancellation of your move or use of a third party to complete delivery - JGM is not liable, and does not warrant, any services carried out by third party individuals / companies.

Carrier's liability insurance only applies to jobs completed by JGM Transport.
